We do not collect Social Security numbers, Medicaid ID numbers, or financial account information through this site, and you should never be asked to provide them here.
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, and — where relevant and with the intent of connecting you with appropriate help — to share it with a licensed home care agency partner serving your county. We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties, and we do not use it for purposes beyond responding to your inquiry and facilitating that connection.
Your submission may be shared with one or more licensed home care agency partners who can help with your specific situation. Those partners are responsible for how they handle your information once received, and we encourage you to ask any agency directly about their own privacy practices.
Form submissions are stored using standard industry security practices with access restricted to authorized personnel. No online system is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.
This site may use standard analytics tools to understand how visitors use our pages, which helps us keep the content useful and up to date. These tools do not collect personally identifiable information beyond what you voluntarily submit through our forms.
You can request that we delete information you've submitted by emailing us directly. We'll honor reasonable requests promptly, understanding that information already shared with an agency partner would need to be addressed with that partner separately.
This site is intended for adults researching care options for themselves or a family member. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
